Blooming Cherry Blossoms

Last year we bought a cherry blossom tree for my dad for Father's Day, so unfortunately we were not able to see it bloom last year. It's a good thing it has been getting warm this year and that it has been raining more because it has finally started to bloom. The blossoms are quite beautiful. I'm soo glad we decided to get it. So pretty!

Manga, the great

I recently bought some manga via a sale on RightStuf, and I must say that it was definitely a good buy. :) I bought the last volume of Phoenix Wright, the first two of Miles Edgeworth, and the first volume of Missions of Love. I've read three out of he four and I have to say that I really love them. I almost have to say that my favorite out of the four is Missions of Love. It seems like a beautiful shojo manga. I like the idea of it being centered around cell phone novels and needing a guinea pig in order to gain experience. The Miles Edgeworth manga were some good humorful fun while he is out on cases. I really can't wait to get more of the volumes because I am quite addicted with them.

Year 2013

New year, new calendar. And what a joyous time it is. I'm always searching for an Asian calendar of some kind that I will enjoy for the year. I finally decided on Natsume Yuujinchou, or Natsume Book of Friends as some will know it by. I have to admit that I am quite pleased by it. The pictures are just amazing!

A Miso Thanksgiving

Our family has made a tradition about making food for Thanksgiving and this year I got to make miso soup! I guess you could say it is in honor of going to Japan for a week starting this Saturday.

Theaterhythm

Woot! Just got Final Fantasy Theaterhythm in the mail today. Can't wait to play it. I have been wanting to play it since it came out, but was having some trouble finding and a copy and debating whether I should buy it or not. So, it will be great to play it, especially since I got it before my older brother! ^_^

Trip to Walmart

Today I went to shop at Walmart and saw one of the cutest USB drives. At first I thought about getting one as a joke for my brothers, but decided I would rather get one for myself. The one I ended up getting was called Lucky. I'm really excited to use this!

Sunday Trip part 1

I spent the rainy afternoon yesterday with my family. We first ended up going to Ikea, which I will admit is a huge store. We walked through most of the store, but were at the point where we had decided we were not going to actually buy anything. We stopped at the Swedish food part. Smelled so good there because of the cinnamon buns. We ended up stopping and trying to decide what we were going to do next when my dad asked where my older brother was. We were all thinking he was crazy and pointed behind him while saying, "Right behind you." he hadn't even looked to see where my brother was. Oh crazy dad.
